What exactly will you do to stage my home?

We will do a thorough walkthrough of your home, creating an Action Plan that we will follow during the staging process. Part of this plan will involve finding the best arrangement for your furniture to maximize the size and flow of your rooms. We will then de-clutter, show you what needs to be packed up, and help you to organize your home. Our professional, My Divine Redesign Consultant will then show you how to use accessories and decorative items throughout your home to set the stage in each room. Lastly, we will take gorgeous photos for you and your realtor to use in your marketing materials.

How much is this going to cost me?

After the initial consultation, the pricing is determined by the home staging needs, added purchases in accessories (if needed) and the total square footage of the home. A My Divine Redesign professional Consultant will discuss the work that needs to be done and what you can expect. In a 2003 Home Gain Survey of over 2,000 realtors, it was discovered that sellers who spent up to $1,000 staging their home recovered almost 200% of the cost in the sale of their home.
