Consultation and Walk Through:

A My Divine Redesign consultant will meet with you in your home to get to know you and discuss your goals and expectations and how to receive the maximum return of investment for your home. We will go over our 8-step home staging process as we walk through the home together gathering those all important first impressions. We will stage an area of your home to give you a visual of how to transform spaces. We will take some gorgeous photos of the room before and after the transformation and give those to you and your agent to use in your marketing efforts.

Half Day of Staging (4 hours):

Our consultant will be working from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the Consultation, making dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories, in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts and give you a visual of what to purchase.

Full Day of Staging (8 hours):

This service is for homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2,000 square feet. We will spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You will walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look.

Vacant Home Staging:

This is our specialty. My Divine Redesign will handle everything from start to finish! A My Divine Redesign Consultant will meet with you in your home and give you a proposal based on the square footage of the home. We will handle the furniture rental for staging the main areas of the home and then bring in our beautiful accessories to give your home that model home feel. Vacant homes do not show well since only 10% of home buyers can visualize the potential of an empty house. Furnishing and staging the home will add thousands of dollars to the home's value!

Custom Interior Redesign

At My Divine Redesign, we specialize in taking the guesswork out of your home decorating and the hassle out of shopping for all of the accessories you need to pull everything together. Our consultant will meet with you to discuss the areas you would like done, find out what your tastes are and then we will consult with you every step of the way. We purchase everything for you from rugs to lamps, pictures, drapes, accessories and bring it all to your home and decorate it for you. We even do original, custom floral arrangements to match your new décor. We will give you an estimated proposal based on the shopping hours and decorating time. All you have to do is sit back and relax and watch your home turn into the beautiful place you always imagined it to be!
